Speedy Auto Tint Anaheim is a fast-growing automotive tint shop focused on quality work, customer service, and building a strong local reputation. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, sales-oriented, and motivated to help run daily front office operations while supporting business growth online.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Sales & Social Media Coordinator who can confidently handle customer calls, coordinate appointments, upsell services, and maintain our social media presence.

This is not just a receptionist position. We need someone proactive, organized, and capable of communicating effectively with both customers and management throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
• Upsell tint packages and additional services
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and missed calls
• Maintain communication with the owner throughout the day
• Keep daily appointments organized and running smoothly
• Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Respond to social media messages and comments
• Process customer payments and invoices
• Maintain a clean and professional front office environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone and closing sales
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Social media experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and phone skills required
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Bonus/commission opportunities available based on sales performance
