We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Team Member. In this role, you will play a vital part in our member sales, assisting with the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, promoting our services and products, and achieving sales targets.

As a Sales Team Member at our Clarence franchised location,* you'll join a wellness community that's 35,000 strong. Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our products or services and explain the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch services.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers, utilizing persuasive and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our Meevo system.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay up to date with all company promotions, products and services, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
- Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced grocery store environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
