Location: RX30 – Lincoln Center, NYC
Pay: From $16/hour + performance incentives
Schedule:

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekends: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role

This is not a typical front desk job.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, personality, and hustle into the space every single day.

You will be the face of RX30 during mid-day hours—responsible for creating a lively atmosphere, engaging members, driving smoothie bar sales, generating trial class interest, and capturing content that showcases our brand.

If you prefer to “just do your job” and stay behind a desk, this is not the role for you.

What You’ll DoMember Experience & Sales

• Greet every member by name and create a high-energy, welcoming environment
• Start conversations before and after workouts—build real relationships
• Actively promote smoothies, add-ons, and featured items (not just take orders)
• Encourage members to stay, hang out, and engage in the space
• Introduce non-members to RX30 and confidently offer trial classes
• Hand out flyers and generate interest from walk-ins and passersby

Smoothie Bar & Front Desk

• Prepare smoothies and ice cream efficiently and consistently
• Handle POS transactions and check-ins
• Answer basic questions about memberships and services
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized at all times

Content Creation (Daily)

• Capture engaging photo/video content during classes and throughout the day
• Highlight workouts, members, coaches, and the RX30 experience
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Follow direction from the Social Media Manager on what to shoot/post
• Look for moments worth capturing—not just waiting for instructions

Requirements

• Must be 17+
• Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willing to be proactive—not reactive
