Front Desk / Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary

This is a hybrid role that combines front desk operations and social media / brand support. The right person is friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable creating content that reflects our brand and culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both working with people in person and helping a brand grow online.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Client Experience

  • Greet players, parents, and visitors
  • Check athletes in for training, lessons, and programs
  • Answer phones, texts, and basic customer questions
  • Help manage scheduling and calendar updates
  • Maintain a clean, professional front desk area
  • Support coaches and staff with day-to-day facility needs
  • Assist with registrations, payments, and basic admin tasks

Social Media / Brand Support

  • Capture photos/videos during training, events, and team activities
  • Create and post social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Help maintain a consistent brand look and voice
  • Assist with promoting events, programs, and announcements
  • Organize content ideas and maintain a posting calendar
  • Help create simple graphics, reels, and story posts
  • Track basic engagement and report what content performs well

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment
  • Experience with social media content creation (Instagram/Reels preferred)
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities while supporting content needs
  • Interest in baseball/softball or youth sports is a big plus

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
  • Experience managing a brand or business social media account
  • Experience with scheduling software / CRM systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
