Job Overview
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that runs daily operations, events, and front desk flow. You will be on your feet, managing players, coordinating events, and keeping the facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase visibility and engagement (8-10x a week).
- Capture and create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee live events, clinics, and community outreach activities that align with brand goals.
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-the-ground logistics
- Promote memberships, events, leagues, and special programs
- Front desk support by greeting customers, completing check-in, assisting with memberships, day passes, and basic paddle sales.
- Provide strong customer service and support light operational tasks during shifts
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and event planning with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Available evenings and weekends (peak hours/events)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for branding consistency across all content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders.
