Your Impact in This Role

• Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every patient

• Accurately verify and update demographic and insurance information

• Support medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts

• Clearly communicate financial responsibilities, including co-pays, deductibles, and balances

• Collaborate with Billing, Insurance, and Financial Counseling teams to maintain smooth, efficient processes

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous medical office experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service
