Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our Gym. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities,, and the ability to think fast on your feet and adapt is a must. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting managerial functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members warmly and enthusiastically, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with Managerial operations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Support other departments (Membership, Personal Training) as needed to ensure efficient office workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments requiring excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $16.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 39.0 per week
