Must possess sensible people skills, adequate understanding of technology and computer programs. Excellent organization skills, and a high-level of professionalism. The ability to think on your toes in a fast-paced environment is imperative. Answering phones, Responding to voicemails and emails and assisting with guest check-in and check-out. Must be able to work well in a team. The main focus is always customer satisfaction and maintaining happy customer relations to keep campers coming back both short-term and long-term. Experience with hotel reservation software is a plus. Because we are a campground weekends are our busiest times, must be open to working all weekends and Holidays. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
