Front desk staff & clinic assistant

Position: Part-Time

Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Additional hours may be available. Shifts subject to change

Pay: $21-23

About the Role: As a Front Desk Staff member at Be + Well Acupuncture, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Front Desk Duties

• Warmly welcome visitors, greet them professionally, and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with excellent communication skills.
• Assist patients with payments, rebooking appointments, and clearly communicate their treatment plans.
• Invoice patients for contactless pick-up of herbs or supplements.

Clinic Preparation & Maintenance

• Prepare the clinic for the day by restocking treatment rooms with clean linens, needles, and necessary supplies.
• Clean treatment rooms between patients, including tidying, sanitizing, and resetting.
• Manage clinic upkeep, such as taking out trash, recycling, watering plants, and keeping the pharmacy stocked.

End-of-Day Duties

• Close down the clinic, ensuring all rooms and common areas are tidy, supplies are restocked, and the facility is secured.

Communication & Support

• Relay requests for Superbills, scheduling changes, or patient concerns to the Office Manager for follow-up.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a calm and professional manner.
• Reliability and punctuality
