Front Desk Staff (Housekeeping as needed)

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and supporting housekeeping operations as needed. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a warm, inviting environment for all visitors. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience.
  • Support housekeeping staff by communicating guest needs and coordinating room cleaning schedules when necessary.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards at all times to foster positive guest relations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
