We are seeking a reliable, professional, and emotionally mature Front Desk & Studio Operations Coordinator to support the daily flow of our busy dance studio. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and confident—someone who loves customer service and keeps the studio running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk—greeting students, answering calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and warmth
- Manage and coordinate the studio schedule accurately and efficiently
- Handle sales conversations, package explanations, and follow-up communication
- Analyze basic studio reports to support operations and decision-making
- Perform daily desk duties with consistency, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ensure all systems, rules, and procedures are followed
- Assist with student check-ins, payments, and studio communications
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email, text)
- Strong organization, follow-up, and follow-through abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance and demeanor; pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask while staying calm and friendly
- Must be responsible, drug-free, alcohol-free during work hours, and committed to a professional work environment
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred; sales experience a plus
- Bonus: experience in operations, admin, or basic marketing tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Highly desirable: background in Ballet, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, or related dance styles
