We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Marriott Tampa Westshore. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including managing a team of front desk agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any guest issues or complaints that may arise. You will also be responsible for training and coaching front desk staff, as well as assisting with scheduling and payroll.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
