We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the front desk operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
• Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
• Conduct night audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure the front desk area is well-organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and order as necessary for the front desk operations.

Skills

• Strong background in guest services and customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and front desk operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial for managing late shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Hilton Experience plus-PEP/OnQ R&I
