What You’ll Do:

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our wellness center
• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and ensure patient flow runs smoothly
• Verify insurance eligibility and accurately input CPT codes
• Utilize various tech platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
• Support patients with therapies and other in-office needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful front office environment
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional experience

Compensation:

• $23/hour base
• Bonus $1-3/hr
• Performance bonus opportunities
