Front Desk/Admin at an Upscale Salon For Men

Cool Heads in Frisco/McKinney is looking for a front desk agent/receptionist/Admin role for full time to join our team. This role will also have some management responsibility in running the store very smoothly. We are looking for somebody with long term outlook and grow their career so this role is not for someone with a seasonal or part time availability.

Availability:

Candidate needs to be available during evenings and weekends

Somebody who is energetic, has great customer facing skills, good at organizing, well spoken with a pleasant and friendly personality.

Looking for somebody with good customer skills & a quick learner with self-transportation.

Must be able to follow simple instructions and store admin activities.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Consistently provide the highest possible standard of customer experience, Be welcoming & friendly to all the patrons.

Disinfect/sanitize areas/furniture required by the healthy protocol set by the salon.

Attend the telephone & able to make appointments.

Answer customer questions about the salon.

Able to help many admin activities and store chores

Report to the senior leadership team and may have to commute between few other stores in the area as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 yrs experience in an salon/retail environment in a customer facing/management role would be a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
