Front Desk/Cashier

Job Overview

We are excited to announce the opening of Front Desk/Cashier position at Sam's Cleaner. As a Front Desk/Cashier, you will be the face of our dry cleaner, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing front desk operations efficiently. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are fluent in English and passionate about excellent customer service. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage cashier efficiently, utilizing the POS system.
• Gain an understanding of the clothes and detail/mark all the clothes received by the customers.
• Provide customers with information about dry cleaning, clothes, garments, etc. as needed.
• Assemble all the finished dry clean clothes and bag them once the clothes are all ready.
• Be flexible and able to multi-task while smiling. Be a great teammate to help other co-workers when they are busy.
• Uphold phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and directing inquiries appropriately.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering warm and professional service (Must be fluent in English).
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to work long term (we are not looking for students).
