Duties

• Greet patients warmly, check them in, and manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow
• Collect patient information through intake forms and update electronic health records accurately
• Assist with patient assessment by gathering relevant health history and understanding basic physiology concepts
• Explain treatment procedures, medical terminology, and chiropractic services clearly to patients
• Support chiropractors during examinations and therapy sessions by preparing treatment rooms and equipment
• Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and coordinate appointment follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing administrative tasks such as billing and insurance documentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and team members
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to perform patient assessments with attention to detail and compassion
• Familiarity with intake procedures, electronic health records, and office management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
