Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Weekend Availability Required)

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our services and products
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with empathy
• Maintain and update customer records and accounts
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude when interacting with patients
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer service trends or concerns

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
