We are looking for a Front Desk Attendent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about our bowling center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with information about the bowling center.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the front desk area in an orderly and professional manner.
• Process payments for guests and ensure accuracy of billing information.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Organize reservations for the day
• Handout and put away bowling shoes.
• Fill in other positions when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75 - $18.25 per hour
