Now Hiring: Medical Assistant / Esthetician / Front Office Support

Tella Total Wellness is a growing medical and aesthetic wellness center in San Antonio, TX, and we are expanding our team! We specialize in advanced body contouring, wellness, and aesthetics, including our signature Nano Lipo (FunSculpting) procedures.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team member who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Position Options

• Medical Assistant/Aesthetician
• Front Office / Patient Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Excellent patient scheduling and organization skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Warm and positive personality — greets every patient with energy and care
• Reliable and dependable — consistent attendance is essential
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment
• (Personal cell phone use is not permitted during work hours)

Schedule Expectations

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 11–12 or 12–1 (assigned)
• Rotating Saturday clinic required: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Must be punctual and present for scheduled shifts
