Front Desk/Medical Assistant for Medical Aesthetic Practice

Job Description

Perform various office duties including check in and out patients, preparing rooms, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, preparing medication for medical staff and providing excellence front desk customer service. Support providers during aesthetic + wellness treatments. Phlebotomy tasks a bonus. Must be a team player.

Requirements:

• Must have recent and current Certified Medical Assistance (CMA) license.
• Active BLS certification
• Professional appearance and polished personal presentation.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
