Front End Associate

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
• Prepare drinks and keep the drink station stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, front counter, and kitchen support areas
• Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning duties
• Communicate with kitchen staff to help expedite orders during busy service
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Restock supplies and help keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Beginners and experienced applicants are both encouraged to apply
