Front End Cashier

Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. As well as help with dishes occasionally and over all help keep the front and back of house clean and organized. We are looking for a team member that can be adaptable and self motivated. Current OLCC and Food Handlers card required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu items
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Restock front area sauces, cups and napkins as needed.
• Clean tables and front of house area
• Correctly deliver food to customer tables
• Help with prep as needed
• Dishes

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- STRONG multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- BASIC math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Previous kitchen/prep skills preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.10 - $16.50 per hour

PLUS TIPS!!! $$$

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Pay: $15.05 - $16.50 per hour
