Position: Frontend Developer / UI Designer

Job Type full-time (with internship-to-fulltime pathway for freshers)

Option 1 – Experienced Candidates

Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of experience in frontend development or UI/UX design.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional skills).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.

Build UI/UX mockups using Figma & Canva.

Convert designs into code with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and React.js.

Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.

Bring fresh, unique design ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Canva, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js.

Strong eye for creative and unique designs.

Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards.

Problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.

Option 2 – Fresher (Internship + Bond)

Eligibility: Talented freshers with strong design/development skills.

6-month internship followed by 1-year full-time role (bond applicable).

Stipend/Salary:

Internship: ₹6000/month.

Full-time (post internship): ₹12,000/month.
