Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer to handle both website maintenance and development for MoniSa’s official website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the site’s functionality, performance, and design — ensuring it aligns with the company’s evolving brand identity and project needs.

This is a 3-month contractual position, ideal for a developer who enjoys end-to-end ownership of web presence and delivering tangible improvements within a defined period.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and improve existing website features and pages.
• Develop new sections or modules as required (e.g., Careers, Projects, Case Studies, Blog, Partner Page).
• Ensure website responsiveness, SEO optimization, and loading speed.
• Manage domain, hosting, SSL certificates, and overall site security.
• Implement UI/UX refinements to improve navigation and visual appeal.
• Integrate third-party tools and forms (e.g., Google Forms, tracking scripts, analytics, etc.).
• Fix bugs, update plugins, and ensure CMS stability (WordPress / custom-built).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure smooth content updates.
• Perform routine website audits and backup management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Web Developer / Front-End Developer (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
• WordPress / Elementor / Divi / Custom Theme Management
• Basic UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience with SEO optimization, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Familiarity with version control tools (GitHub/GitLab preferred).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver tasks within defined timelines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website redesigns or rebranding projects.
• Knowledge of basic graphic editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of API integrations, form automation, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to suggest creative improvements aligned with company goals.

Work Environment

• Duration: 3 months (Contractual)
