Front End Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Frontend Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, strong proficiency in JavaScript, and solid understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and open to upskilling in technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Knowledge of the Adobe Tech Stack—including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and marketing automation tools—will be a strong plus and candidates with such experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces and components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into engaging, user-friendly experiences.
• Build reusable UI components using ReactJS (where applicable).
• Optimize web applications for page performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality features in a collaborative environment.
• Integrate and customize solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues across various devices and browsers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Engage in technical discussions and follow best practices in coding, testing, version control, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced concepts such as closures, event loop, prototypes, async/await, and modular patterns.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, DOM APIs, and browser mechanics.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Willingness to learn and work on AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.

Good To Have

• Experience with SASS/SCSS, TypeScript, or React is a plus.
• Familiarity with AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
• Exposure to page performance optimization (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting).
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and testing frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise MarTech or CMS platforms.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
