Front-End Developer & Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile and creative Front-End Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance the technical and creative aspects of web development while supporting broader digital systems where required. You will play a key role in creating engaging, user-friendly websites that are visually appealing, performance-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
In addition to front-end development and design, you will occasionally support backend functionality and CRM integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between websites, forms, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
WordPress Front-End Development: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes with a strong focus on responsive design, performance, and user experience.
WordPress Theme Customisation: Customise WordPress themes to meet specific project requirements, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
PHP (Mid-Level): Develop and maintain basic to mid-level custom functionalities and plugins using PHP.
Support backend integrations where required to enhance website functionality.
JavaScript & jQuery: Use JavaScript and jQuery to create interactive and dynamic web elements that improve engagement and usability.
Bootstrap: Build responsive layouts using Bootstrap and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms.
Custom HTML: Write clean, well-structured HTML to support intuitive layouts and efficient front-end performance.
Graphic Design: Design graphics for websites, landing pages, social media, and email templates while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visually compelling digital assets.
On-Page SEO: Implement basic on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, page structure, and performance considerations.

• CRM & System Support
• Assist with front-end and form integrations with CRM platforms Support CRM-related workflows, data capture, and system connectivity as required.

Requirements

• Strong experience in front-end WordPress development and theme customisation.
• Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.
• Familiarity with basic backend concepts and CRM integrations.
• Understanding of on-page SEO principles.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Open and flexible approach to feedback and revisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, including form or funnel integrations.
• Experience using Canva, or equivalent design tools.
