Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS/JS +Wordpress)

We are looking for a WordPress & Front-End Developer with strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
The ideal candidate should be able to convert Figma/PSD designs or Content into pixel-perfect, responsive websites, customize WordPress themes.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a good understanding of UX, and the ability to build clean, reusable WordPress components.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress & Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites and themes
• Customize WordPress themes to support complex layouts, plugins, and full user editability
• Build and manage websites using WordPress and WooCommerce
• Create reusable WordPress components for scalable development
• Translate Figma / PSD designs or content into pixel-perfect HTML and WordPress implementations
• Write clean, standards-compliant code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Design and develop fully responsive websites across devices and browsers
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI/UX

Performance, SEO & Optimization

• Optimize front-end performance and page loading speed
• Follow WordPress VIP coding standards where applicable
• Implement SEO best practices during development
• Conduct A/B testing on layouts, hero sections, images, and CTAs to improve conversions

Architecture & Quality

• Create and maintain website architecture and structure
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content team

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress CMS and WooCommerce
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs/ Content into pixel-perfect HTML and WordPress
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Good command of English communication (reading and understanding requirements)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Figma
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks
• Basic understanding of Technical SEO
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
