Front-End Developer (Next.js + UI/UX + Figma Expert)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer who is also an expert in UI/UX design using Figma.
You will be responsible for designing web pages in Figma and then developing them using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design full web page layouts, UI components, and user flows in Figma.
• Convert Figma designs into high-quality, responsive Next.js front-end implementations.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and branding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong expertise with Next.js and React.
• Professional-level UI/UX design skills in Figma (mandatory).
• Ability to design complete pages, prototypes, and components from scratch.
• Excellent understanding of design principles: layout, spacing, typography, colors.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience converting designs into pixel-perfect responsive web pages.
• Knowledge of API integration, Git, and modern development workflows.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SASS.
• Motion design experience (Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• UX research and user testing knowledge.
