Front-End Developer with Figma Expertise

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer who combines strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on development experience. You will design visually engaging web pages in Figma and bring them to life through pixel-perfect implementations using Next.js and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

• Design full web page layouts, UI components, and user flows in Figma.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality front-end implementations using Next.js and WordPress.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that provide seamless experiences across devices.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver cohesive web solutions.
• Maintain consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and best UI/UX practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development (theme customization, page builders, or custom plugins).
• Advanced UI/UX design skills in Figma (mandatory).
• Ability to create complete pages, prototypes, and components from scratch.
• Solid understanding of design principles: layout, spacing, typography, and color.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience implementing pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
• Familiarity with API integration, Git, and modern front-end development workflows.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SASS.
• Knowledge of motion design libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in UX research and user testing.
