Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Front-End Marketing cum Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales operations, managing client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing the brand’s visibility. Prior experience in industrial marketing or manufacturing is preferred, especially in aluminium or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies targeting the aluminium and construction sectors.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update product information on digital channels and company website.
  • Manage content and design coordination for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Track competitors and market trends to support strategy development.

Sales Coordination:

  • Liaise between customers and the internal sales/production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM data and track inquiries, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Digital Engagement [optional]:

  • Support social media campaigns and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers for visual content needs.
  • Monitor digital marketing analytics (email campaigns, website traffic) and prepare performance reports.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Schedule and organize client meetings, internal reviews, and vendor discussions.
  • Handle basic documentation, data entry, and filing related to marketing and customer service.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional materials, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing/coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, CorelDraw), and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the aluminium or construction materials industry is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of industrial product marketing (B2B).
  • Exposure to export documentation or international marketing is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) is desirable.
  • Preferable with candidates known with HINDI language.
  • Candidates with digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.

Salary: Based on Experience and industrial standards.
