We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front-End Revenue Coordinator to support daily operations, client coordination, scheduling, and payment tracking.
In this role, you will help manage front-end operational flow by responding to incoming inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring systems remain organized and up to date.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational consistency, client responsiveness, and workflow organization within a structured, fast-paced environment.
This is not a sales role and does not involve management responsibilities. This is a high-responsibility execution role focused on organization, coordination, communication, and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Intake & Communication
- Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain organized communication with clients throughout the scheduling process
- Gather, verify, and update client information accurately
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate calendars and scheduling systems
- Ensure clients are properly prepared before their next stage of service
Payment Processing & Record Management
- Receive, log, and track payments accurately
- Maintain organized client records, balances, and status updates
- Ensure systems remain current, accurate, and free of missing information
Workflow & Operational Support
- Track client progression throughout the operational process
- Ensure no inquiries or clients are left unattended
- Identify delays, missing information, or workflow inconsistencies
- Maintain visibility into daily operational activity and communication flow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Comfortable handling payments and maintaining detailed records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
