As a Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, If you thrive in a tech driven environment and enjoy achieving targets, this role is for you.

Shift: Night (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

Salary: PKR 100K – 150K (depending on experience & Target)

Target: $5K to $8KWorking

Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday half day & Alternate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients who need services like website design & development.
• Contact clients through messages, calls and emails to understand their needs.
• Present and explain our services clearly and confidently to clients. Build strong, long term relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
• Work closely with our design and development team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep proper records of leads, conversations, and closed deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Train and support team members to ensure a high performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience in the design and development industry (experience with Paid SMM Leads).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willing to work during US business hours (Night Shift).Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
