Front House Server

Apply for long term only please. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant casual dining setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a FAST-PACED environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Experience in casual dining service is REQUIRED, as well as familiarity with food safety and handling practices. Server will keep 100% tip!

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toasttab system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in managing guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special dietary needs.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a rest environment is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills for managing bills and processing payments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
