Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, assisting with food safety practices, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in the sales process by effectively communicating menu items and specials to customers.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Buss tables and help maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Sanitate surfaces and adhere to food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
• Operate the Aloha POS system accurately for processing orders and payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform basic math calculations for handling cash transactions and providing change we're hiring for the weekend

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being proactive in assisting guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including operating the POS system.

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
