FRONT LINE OFFICER WITH MEDICAL BACKGROUND

We are looking for a female Front Line Officer with a medical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointments, bookings, and patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only
• Medical background (nursing, healthcare, or related field preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
