Front of House Assistant

Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Front of House Assistant to be the warm smile and helpful face of Lucy's in Rigby! In this roll you will be able to act as a Host and as a Server. When Hosting and doing anything other than serving you will be making $12/hr (depending on experience) and when Serving you will be making $4.50 + tips. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they experience exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a positive atmosphere, support smooth daily operations, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a lively, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a friendly first impression
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a professional appearance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 19 or older for serving alcohol
• Must be available to work at all times of the day.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials as needed

Pay: $4.50 - $12.00 per hour
