Trophy Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by a group of passionate Food and Beverage professionals with an interest in building the craft beer scene here in Raleigh. We take beer and food seriously.

We are seeking a motivated, responsible leader who will oversee shifts and ensure our team works together for the best possible experience for our guests!

The manager will report directly to the General Manager and their ownership team.

Shift times vary and depend on volume as well as in house catered functions and events. We are a growing company with opportunities to advance!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

*5 day work week

*Approximately 50 hours per week

*Running successful lunch, dinner & LATE NIGHT shifts

*Attendance & participation in weekly manager meetings

*FOH employee training

*FOH continuing education

*Scheduling

*P and L management

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

*2 years of management experience ( 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience or demonstrated experience as a trainer and leader in your organization)

-High volume background

-Passion for craft beer

-Strong work ethic; typically requires a 45-55 hour work week, after all, this is not a typical 9-5.

-A stable work history

-Be able to pass background check

-Acute attention to detail

-Direct experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

-Ability to increase sales and build strong relationships within the community

-Maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and hygiene

-Self motivated

-Hard working

-Sense of ownership

-Organized

-Leader

-Attentive to all details

-Positive attitude

-Calm under pressure

-Delegation skills

-Reliable Transportation

-Full service restaurant management experience

-Genuine care for the guest experience

Benefits: Full benefits for health, vision & dental insurance, a monthly profit sharing bonus program, and paid vacation time are offered to all full time management and 100% covered by the employer after 90 days.

We also offer a monthly stipend to be spent at any of our establishments and yearly performance reviews. Employees may opt into our retirement program after 1 year.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year - Salary is based on experience
