Front of House Associate/Bartender

Overview

Seeking driven, customer service focused individual with the ability to work 3-4 shifts per week with some daytime availability during the week and availability during the weekend. Day shifts are 10AM-3PM and evening shifts are 3PM-11PM Wednesday through Saturday. Sunday shift is 1pm-9pm. Some customer service experience required. Experience in service industry preferred. Must be 21+. Pay starts at $8/hr +tips for all shifts.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS
  • Pour beer/wine, mix and serve cocktails
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently
  • Run food to tables and bus tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
  • Provide pro-active customer service to all guests to create best possible experience
  • Support catering/banquet events by assisting with event set up, serving guests, and clean up after events

Skills

  • Experience with food/beverage service preferred
  • Knowledge of how to operate a basic POS system preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper beverage preparation techniques
  • Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
  • Knowledge/basic interest in craft beer styles is a plus
  • Ability to handle high volume service while remaining professional and high functioning is a must

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
