Overview
Seeking driven, customer service focused individual with the ability to work 3-4 shifts per week with some daytime availability during the week and availability during the weekend. Day shifts are 10AM-3PM and evening shifts are 3PM-11PM Wednesday through Saturday. Sunday shift is 1pm-9pm. Some customer service experience required. Experience in service industry preferred. Must be 21+. Pay starts at $8/hr +tips for all shifts.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS
- Pour beer/wine, mix and serve cocktails
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently
- Run food to tables and bus tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Provide pro-active customer service to all guests to create best possible experience
- Support catering/banquet events by assisting with event set up, serving guests, and clean up after events
Skills
- Experience with food/beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of how to operate a basic POS system preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper beverage preparation techniques
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
- Knowledge/basic interest in craft beer styles is a plus
- Ability to handle high volume service while remaining professional and high functioning is a must
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
