Olea & Bloom is a Mediterranean-inspired café located inside one of South Florida’s leading padel clubs. Our concept focuses on fresh Mediterranean food, specialty coffee, smoothies, and a curated selection of wines served in a vibrant sports and social environment.

We are looking for friendly, energetic hospitality professionals who enjoy working in an active setting surrounded by sports, community, and great food.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to club members and guests
• Take orders and operate POS system
• Prepare coffee, juices, smoothies, and light café items
• Serve food and wine responsibly in accordance with Florida regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and dining area
• Assist with light food preparation
• Support special events, league nights, and club activities

Ideal Candidate

• Must be 18 years or older (wine service)
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable interacting with guests and club members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Experience in café, restaurant, coffee shop, or juice bar preferred
• Interest in sports, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
