As the Front of House & Community Executive, you are the face of our brand and the first point of contact for VVIP clients, international investors, and innovative startups. You are more than a receptionist-you are a brand ambassador, a problem solver, and a key player in our members' success stories.

Key Responsibilities 1. The "VVIP" Guest Experience

• Provide a warm, professional, and sophisticated welcome to all members and guests.
• Manage the luxury lounge environment, ensuring it remains pristine and reflective of our premium brand standards.
• Anticipate member needs-from preparing a meeting room to arranging high-end concierge services.

2. Business & Operational Support

• Act as a liaison for corporate services, assisting members with Ejari applications, mail management, and basic business setup inquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all AV/IT requirements are flawlessly executed before the client arrives.
• Oversee facility maintenance by coordinating with the cleaning and technical teams to ensure 5-star standards.

3. Community & Growth

• Conduct professional tours of the incubator for prospective leads when the sales team is unavailable.
• Assist in the execution of "Series of Incubator Events," managing RSVPs and guest lists.
• Foster a sense of community by connecting members and facilitating a collaborative atmosphere.

Who You Are

• The Professional: You possess an "unflappable" demeanor and can handle high-pressure situations with grace and a smile.
• The Communicator: You have native or near-native fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is a significant advantage).
• The Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things-a crooked frame, a low coffee bean hopper, or a guest who looks lost.
• The Experienced: You have 2+ years of experience in 5-star hospitality, premium airlines (Cabin Crew), or high-end business centers.

Requirements

• Excellent grooming and professional presentation (Luxury Corporate Attire).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's business landscape (DED, Freezones, and Ejari knowledge is a plus).
• Availability to work from our Downtown Dubai flagship office.
