We are seeking a professional individual who will provide a seamless customer service experience and answer customer queries. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to work within a fast-paced office. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with their needs as well as working with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, billing, and policy reminders.
- Answer customers' questions and resolve their issues by appropriately applying procedures, policies, and knowledge of products.
- Administrative support such as answering calls, appointment setting, ordering supplies, updating policy information, transaction processing.
- Proactively calling prospects when necessary to obtain additional information for insurance inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
