Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, hands-on Front of House (FOH) Manager / Floor Manager to help lead service for a new daytime brunch restaurant. This role is highly floor-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys being present during service, supporting servers, and ensuring a smooth guest experience from open to close.

The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced brunch environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily front-of-house operations during brunch service
  • Lead and support servers and hosts on the floor
  • Assign sections, manage flow, and adjust staffing as needed
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and in real time
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and ownership during service
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
  • Assist with training and onboarding new staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and team accountability

Qualifications

  • Prior FOH management or strong lead server experience
  • Brunch or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Comfortable making quick decisions during service
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Experience with Toast POS or similar systems preferred
  • Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership style

Schedule & Environment

  • Daytime hours only (approx. 7 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • Weekends required
  • New opening team with growth potential

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role at the ground level of a growing brunch concept and help set the tone for service standards and team culture.

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
