Legends Steakhouse Shelbyville is seeking a hands-on Front of House Operations Manager to lead all guest-facing operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
This role is ideal for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops strong teams, and is passionate about hospitality and service excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily FOH operations including dining room, bar, and host stand
- Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Engage with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Create schedules that balance business needs and labor costs
- Ensure smooth service flow during high-volume shifts
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation
- Partner with BOH leadership to ensure seamless operations
- Support sales growth through upselling and guest retention
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Steakhouse or casual/upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and service standards preferred
Schedule
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Flexible schedule based on business needs

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
