Position Overview:

We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Front of House team member to join our Jeddah branch. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the face of the Longevity experience—welcoming members, supporting studio operations, and delivering exceptional service with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and care
• Manage class check-ins, bookings, and member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process payments and maintain accurate POS and booking system records
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and lounge area
• Provide information about services, promotions, and memberships
• Support studio team with scheduling, event coordination, and day-to-day tasks
• Ensure a consistent, high-standard guest experience aligned with the Longevity brand

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Confident with technology—experience using booking systems or CRMs preferred
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about wellness and helping others
