Sazan Ramen is looking for a high-energy, service-driven FOH manager for our front-of-house operations. This role blends floor leadership with managerial responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and keeps both the team and the vibe dialed in.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead front-of-house operations during service and drive the daily guest experience
• Set the tone for hospitality, cleanliness, and service flow
• Coach, train, and mentor FOH staff — from onboarding to daily feedback
• Handle floor management, guest resolution, and real-time problem solving
• Support scheduling, sidework, and FOH inventory
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication
• Jump in where needed — whether that’s running food, hosting, or expo

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of FOH leadership experience (Captain, Shift Lead, AGM, etc.)
• Love service and want to be on the floor, not behind a clipboard
• Communicate clearly and lead with respect
• Are calm under pressure and obsessed with smooth shifts
• Know POS systems, tip pools, and basic admin
• Are TABC + Food Handler certified or willing to obtain

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
