Front of House Manager

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating, and managing reservations to ensure smooth flow and timely service
  • Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive work environment
  • Oversee food preparation coordination, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficient service flow
  • Manage POS systems (Toast POS) for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation
  • Enforce food safety protocols and health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Assist with shift management, scheduling staff coverage during peak hours, and ensuring operational consistency across shifts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
  • Strong background in supervising teams with excellent leadership skills in hospitality or restaurant settings
  • Familiarity with Toast POS
  • Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards
  • Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to train staff on food handling, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
  • Previous experience in managing shifts, interviewing candidates, and developing team members is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
