Pour Therapy is a mid-to-upscale restaurant and bar focused on elevated comfort food, creative cocktails, and a vibrant guest experience. We’re building a team that values hospitality, consistency, and energy—and we’re looking for a FOH Manager to lead from the front.
Position Summary
The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including front-of-house and bar service, staff leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and bar teams
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and labor management
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales through staff engagement, promotions, and guest retention
- Monitor financial performance (P&L, cost control, budgeting)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with ownership on menu, bar program, and events
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of FOH Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and bar
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and beverage cost control
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing P&L and hitting financial targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification & Alcohol Service Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred
- Experience in mid-to-upscale or high-volume concepts
- Background in craft cocktails or beverage program development
- Opening experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
