Front of House Manager (Hourly)

About Us:
Mellow Mushroom is a fun, fast-paced, and people-focused restaurant known for great pizza, craft beer, and good vibes. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who can lead with positivity, solve problems on the fly, and deliver excellent guest experiences—while keeping it Mellow.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with great energy and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine, friendly attitude
• Manage daily operations including cash handling, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness
• Accurately close out shifts and reconcile deposits
• Support staff training, scheduling, and team development
• Handle guest concerns quickly and calmly, keeping the atmosphere upbeat

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and confident handling cash and end-of-day reports
• Customer-service mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure—keeping it Mellow

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
