We are currently hiring one PM Shift Lead / Server Trainer to help lead evening service while developing our front-of-house team.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00/Hour

Shift & Availability Requirements

• Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Schedule: 5 evenings per week
• Must be available Monday–Saturday evenings

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for setting the tone of evening service. You will lead the floor, support the team, and train new servers to ensure consistency in service and guest experience.

This is a working leadership role (serving + leading the floor).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee evening service to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and team accountability
• Train and onboard new servers with a focus on consistency and execution
• Coach team members in real time during service
• Maintain strong floor presence and actively support guest experience
• Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and phone communication
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timing, accuracy, and presentation
• Execute closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
• Must have prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Previous leadership or training experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay composed and lead during busy service
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations
